Position Purpose: The Manager Inventory Planning & Replenishment position is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring strategic inventory initiatives for portfolio of products in a fast-paced retail environment. The Manager will lead a team that will be accountable for the successful implementation of replenishment at store and DC level. This leader is directly responsible for the consistent execution of common processes and algorithms that are used to improve inventory performance (turns, in stock, fill rate, etc.). The Manager will be responsible for conducting flow analysis, stock balancing, ordering, finalize inventory requirements, generate orders, monitor / prioritize inbound containers, and review in stock performance for inventory, SKU' s, and sales responsibility averaging $2-3 billion dollars annually. Requires regular interface with team of Sr Analysts and Analysts, Sr. Leadership, and cross functional peers to provide statistical analysis that will enable more accurate decision-making.
