Description Join our team! We are hiring for a 3rd Shift Supervisor in our Burlington, WI facility. The Shift Supervisor serves as the lead operational supervisor on the assigned shift, providing leadership and direction to Department Supervisors overseeing Assembly, Conventional, Injection, and other production areas. In addition to leading other supervisors, this role also directly manages one production department, ensuring consistent operational standards and accountability across the shift. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating shift-wide activities, driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, employee development, and maintaining alignment across departments. Safety & Compliance: Leadership of Supervisors & Workforce Management - Lead the safety culture across the shift; ensure supervisors enforce safe work practices and PPE usage. - Ensure timely incident and near-miss reporting; lead/oversee investigations using root-cause methods (e.g., 5-Why); implement and verify corrective actions. - Conduct safety audits and risk assessments; address hazards promptly and follow up to closure. - Provide daily leadership, coaching, and direction to Department S...
