About the Role Provides operational, maintenance and networking support for customers through extensive product and customer knowledge. Works closely with Service Managers, Product Support and other Technicians to provide high-level technical support with seamless technical expertise of Canon USA supported products in accordance with the current Service and Parts Standards working in a 24x7 environment. Act as the Manager in their absence and as product expert for the district or region.
