Housekeeper Bayfield Assisted Living and Memory Care POSITION SUMMARY: Part-Time, 10am-3pm, Monday-Thursday: Responsible to provide a clean environment for residents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Clean, disinfect and straighten resident rooms, work areas and common spaces according to cleaning schedule, which may include but not be limited to: - Clean carpets, furniture and draperies with vacuum cleaner or shampooer - Sweep, scrub and policy hard floors using broom, mop or power scrubber - Scrub and disinfect sinks, tubs, toilets and bathing rooms - Dust and polish furniture and metalwork - Wash windows, sills and doors - Clean and disinfect spills and soiled areas as needed or directed - Deep clean according to schedule - Move and straighten furniture - Maintain cleanliness of unoccupied rooms to make them attractive for resident occupancy - Empty wastebasket...
