The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in our recruitment process ensuring that we attract, select, and hire top-tier talent to help drive our organization forward. The TA will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment at Liebherr Canada. An ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates will be critical to our success. Responsibilities: - Use various proactive sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to regularly identify potential candidates - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs - Participate in external events as identified - Conduct initial video/in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, soft and technical skills. - Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers as requested - Partner closely and build rapport with department heads and hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process. - Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process, offering insights on candidate assessments and valuing a pos...
