The mission of the PlayValley division within Outfit7 is to expand the boundaries of casual and hybrid casual games through smart design, quick iteration, and fearless creativity. We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Expert who thrives in both fast-paced, iterative testing environments and full-scale launch scenarios. You’ll play a critical role in managing UA strategy across the game lifecycle — from soft launches to global scale-ups — and work closely with product, creative, and data teams to grow Outfit7 player base efficiently and sustainably. In this role you will: - Execute UA strategies for games across all stages: prototyping, soft launch, and global launch. - Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, etc.) - Manage UA budgets aligned with growth goals and performance KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV). - Work closely with the game team to support marketability tests, including concept validation and creative performance. - Set A/B testing and creative iteration loops in partnership with the internal or external creative team. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends,...
