The Role The Recruiting Coordinator (Groomer Recruiting) plays a critical role in keeping our groomer hiring engine running at speed. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our recruiting team to coordinate high-volume interviews, manage candidate communications, and keep candidates moving smoothly through every stage of the process. You’ll take ownership of key moments in the hiring journey, especially Pawditions, our hands-on grooming assessments, where preparation, coordination, and candidate experience matter most. You’ll also help generate and maintain strong candidate pipelines across priority markets, bringing structure, urgency, and care to a fast-moving, ever-changing hiring environment. What You’ll Do: Recruiting Coordination & Support: Partner with Recruiters to support high-volume groomer hiring across multiple markets. Coordinate interviews across phone, video, and in-person stages, including complex pawdition scheduling. Manage candidate communications, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep pipelines moving efficiently. Support offer and pre-hire steps, including background checks and onboarding handoffs.
