Job Description The Commercial Systems Specialist will support the revenue management, sales, and distribution team to execute the commercial andrevenue management strategy to maximize Direct and Indirect revenue potential. He/she will report to the Supervisor/Manager/Director of Commercial Systems. He/she will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining hotel policies and rates in the Radisson Hotel Group’s Central Reservation System, in the GDS systems, and OTA connections. This includes (but is not limited to) supporting and optimizing OTA & leisure partners' activities (connectivity support, implementation process, documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring system performance, rate parity, reporting, promotional activities, etc.). In addition, the Commercial Systems Specialist supports the onboarding of new hotels, advising and providing training on systemusage company standards and ensures system accuracy.
