Job DetailsJob Location: Headquarters - Midland, TX 79701Job Category: BankingGeneral Summary: Responsible for ordering and receiving appraisals and evaluations. Responsible for submitting encoded appraisals to government portal and distribute report and review to correct department. Serves as liaison between bank departments and appraisers. This position will not require discussion regarding terms of a loan with borrower. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for ordering appraisals and evaluations upon request, communicating clearly with the appraiser the requirements for each assignment and acting as a liaison between the appraiser and lending staff regularly notifying lending personnel of status, or diligently monitoring the status of appraisals ordered by lending staff through third parties. Complete appraisal/evaluation review process verifying factual data contained in reports, submitting reports to third party for review, and submitting appraisal reports through applicable portals and delivering appraisals/evaluations to borrowers within regulated guidelines.
