Role Overview: As an IT Service Desk Analyst I, you will support activities within the service desk, supporting customer needs, documentation creation, configuring user accounts, configuring laptops, desktop support, conference room equipment and inventory management, and first-level support for networking, cloud, applications, and troubleshooting other IT services as necessary.
