Overview Under supervision of the Principal Investigator and Senior Postdoctoral Fellows, the Research Assistant will carry out studies to elucidate links between proteasome function, metabolic homeostasis and ribosomopathies. This position will afford the opportunity to learn a broad array of techniques and gain first-hand experience in design, execution, and interpretation of experiments. Previous post-baccalaureates in our laboratory have earned authorship on publications, have benefitted from career development mentoring, and have gone on to succeed in MD/PhD, MD, and PhD programs.
