Job Description: As our Global KYC Team Lead, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end KYC lifecycle, support global compliance initiatives, and ensure our onboarding processes meet regulatory expectations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll balance operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, remediation projects, and quality assurance. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll as a trusted advisor on KYC, KYB, AML, and broader areas of anti‑financial crime. What you’ll do: You will drive enhancement projects, ensuring milestones are met and conducting quality checks on updated files to maintain accuracy and regulatory alignment. Acting as our subject matter expert, you’ll advise on KYC/KYB requirements, AML expectations, sanctions, and screening queries.
