Job Description Job Overview: The Employee Relations & Accommodations Specialist will be an integral part of the North America Employee Relations team at ADM, and responsible for managing the interactive process for workplace accommodations in support of employees seeking religious accommodations under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and accommodations for employees with disabilities related to state and federal disability, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) including changes by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and other appropriate laws. This role will provide subject matter expertise to leaders and colleagues on accommodations topics and regularly advise Human Resource Business Partners and managers on how to address related issues. This role involves developing and implementing employee relations compliance strategies, policies, and procedures while also providing guidance and support to HR teams and senior leadership. This position will ensure that project and team milestones and goals are achieved on time and while adhering to approved budgets.
