Adherence to processes defined in Manheim’s Body Shop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is required. *** This position offers production‑based pay, meaning compensation is determined by the tasks performed. Pay ranges from $1.25 - $25.00 per flag hour based on location. Job Responsibilities: Inspect all repairs and primed panels for proper and complete body repairs and primer application as defined in SOP. Tools Bonus only for New Hires Review any incomplete, missed damage, or improper repairs with management before proceeding.
