Position Title: Assistant Professor Position Duties: (Troy, NY) – The Assistant Professor of Finance in the Lally School of Management position will develop and teach new courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, aligned with emerging trends in financial markets and investments, as needed, during the academic year. Specifically, this position will teach the following courses, among other courses: In addition, this position will conduct empirical research in their specialized domain of financial markets and investments with a focus on: - MGMT 2320 - Managerial Finance : This core undergraduate course provides an introduction to corporate financial analysis and decision making, covering topics such as financial statement analysis, valuation principles, risk and return analysis, working capital management, capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure, and dividend policy. - MGMT 4320 - Investments I : This course provides students with an understanding of how to value securities, assess risk and return, make investment decisions, and how to measure investment performance.
