Description The Manufacturing Engineering Manager serves as the primary architect of factory efficiency and the champion of Lean culture. In this role the Manufacturing Engineering manager will optimize plant layout, streamline product flow, and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing. In addition to technical leadership, this individual will oversee the 6S program, facilitating Gemba walks, and integrating safety standards into every process. The goal is to transform the production environment into a highly efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
