Support Worker (Enablement Practitioner): ​ Hourly rate: £15.38 per hour Location : Lytchett Matravers Type of Contract: Permanent Hours of work: Part time Whilst PBS4 holds a sponsorship license, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship to any new applicants to PBS4. About the role: Josh is looking for team members who are confident, fun, bubbly, motivated and who are not fazed by physically challenging behaviours. Josh loves being physically active. He really enjoys daily long walks, cycling, swimming so needs his team to keep up with him and enjoy similar interests. Josh wants his team to be fun and supportive but also recognise when he needs time alone. Josh must always be kept in line of sight to ensure his and others safety, and will his team to intervene when he participates in risky behaviours. Josh is a real foodie and is currently working on his skills development in the kitchen and with food. Josh likes to have a schedule so he can plan everything and keep everyone on track.
