This role provides engineering-level oversight of circuit assembly processes, supports Material Review Board (MRB) activities, develops Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and ensures inspection and test methods align with engineering and program requirements. The position serves as the technical authority for circuit assembly-related quality, supporting manufacturing, test, and supplier performance while driving defect prevention and corrective action.
