Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay. Position: Assistant Manager: Reports to: General Manager: Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring all shifts run efficiently and safely. This role assists in managing and developing team members, maintaining high levels of customer service, enforcing food safety and compliance standards, and supporting the achievement of financial and operational targets. The Assistant Manager acts as the person in charge when the General Manager is not present.
