Job description

The Flex Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, development, and implementation of nursing services in accordance with established Plymouth Harbor policies and procedures, including the Plymouth Harbor Home Health Agency and support services, as directed by the Administrator of Home Care, ensuring the highest possible degree of quality resident care. Shift: 12-hour shifts days or overnights. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of assigned activities. 2. Meet with administrative, medical, and nursing staff, in planning Home Care services, programs, and activities. 3. Implement and maintain nursing objectives and standards. 4. Assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating Home Care policies and procedures, resident care plans, nursing procedure manuals, and job descriptions. 5. Ensure that residents, family members, and visitors follow established policies and procedures at all times. 6.
