Responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance care of the hotel and surrounding grounds. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Responsible for and accountable for the planning and coordination of all functions of the maintenance department to ensure an efficiently run hotel for Environmental Services with minimal supervision and guidance from the General Manager.* 2. Monitors, coordinates, schedules and/or completes maintenance duties to ensure the hotel is always in a clean, orderly, safe, and attractive condition.* 3. Reacts and takes the lead in emergency repairs of any kind regarding equipment breakdown, seeks methods for completing repairs.* 4. Develops and follows through on aesthetic improvement plans both inside and outside the building that includes but not limited to painting, including touch-up painting, staining woodwork, drywall...
