Job Description Monitors and supports highly critical, high-availability health system infrastructure that supports enterprise systems and applications. Collaborate with senior engineering, network and data center operations, project management, and service desk teams to provide operational support for assigned systems within established timelines. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Cloud. Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, and foundational compliance concepts is highly preferred. The engineer should also demonstrate experience implementing and using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, and participating in on-call rotation. Primary responsibilities include the operations and management of backend Windows, Citrix, and VMware platforms. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with engineering and application teams to deploy, support, and maintain applications in cloud environments.
