Mechanical Engineer

Job description

What you will do: Support the plant in all areas of mechanical engineering from the development, design, installation and maintenance of all equipment both new and current. Research and analyze customer and vendor design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data and maintenance requirements and evaluate the feasibility, cost of design and equipment. Support and assist in installation, operation and maintenance and repair of all plant equipment. Experience and abilities you will need: - Mechanical Engineering Degree and at least 4 years of related experience. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. - Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
