What You’ll Do: - Check in orders, pull orders, and put stock orders away - Look up parts in catalog, create quotes or invoices as needed - Create special order requests for parts not in stock and/or acquire in town if possible - Monitor special orders, upgrade parts if backorder - Keep good communication with customers, both internal and external - Actively do cycle counts on the inventory - Assist the manager with damage/shortage claims with the manufacturer - Deliver parts to the...
