Job Description The Business Development Manager – Concrete (Europe) is a strategic regional role responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening competitiveness, and improving profitability of the Concrete Admixtures business across Europe. We are looking for a highly experienced concrete professional with strong technical and commercial expertise, capable of supporting multiple technologies, specialty products, and market segments to drive sustainable business expansion and margin improvement. This role can be located in any Eurpean country, where Sika operates. European Business Alignment & Strategic Coordination Strategic Growth & Market Share Expansion - Act as the primary regional business development lead across Europe (EU-North, EU-DACH, EU-South). - Align country priorities, action plans, and strategic initiatives with regional objectives. - Identify structural business gaps and coordinate cross-country solutions. - Ensure structured exchange of Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs) across countries to accelerate execution and performance. - Identify high-potential markets, segments, and customers across Europe where market share is below potential. - Develop and support t...
