Position Summary: The Senior Educational Developer plays a key role in supporting the Medicine Program Redesign through the leadership, design, development, and evaluation of innovative, high-quality curriculum initiatives. Working collaboratively with academic staff, the role contributes to engaging undergraduate and postgraduate learning experiences by integrating evidence-based pedagogy, curriculum design principles, and technology-enhanced teaching strategies. The position is responsible for developing digital learning activities, assessments, and educational resources aligned with program learning outcomes and university policies.
