Location: University Hospital – onsite with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days a week if clinic structure allows Position: Clinical Transplant Coordinator – Liver Transplant Program Shift: Monday – Friday – Days with some flexibility The Clinical Transplant Coordinator fulfills the primary responsibilities of coordinating the multidisciplinary approach in the evaluation, treatment, and facilitation of the transplant process, including follow-up care for organ recipients and donors.
