Position Summary SUMMARY: The Senior NDT Instructor is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to ensure personnel are effectively trained in compliance with ASNT standards (SNT-TC-1A) and industry requirements (NAS-410, ISO 9712). This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps, align training initiatives with organizational goals, and manage complex training projects. The Senior Instructor also supports day-to-day student and client needs, including technical assistance, training administration, and maintaining learning platforms and related systems. Additionally, the role contributes to performance analysis and continuous improvement of training programs.
