This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC. We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to partner with our Salisbury site teams and help embed a strong, sustainable culture of continuous improvement. In this hands‑on, people‑focused role, you’ll be the site champion for BEX (Bega Excellence), working closely with leaders and frontline teams to deliver improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale through collaboration and coaching.
