Position Summary Our GFL Industrial Services team is seeking Field Labourers in Kitimat, BC. The successful candidates will join a team of highly trained individuals who provide supplemental support and expertise to various divisions. The Field Labourers will be required to assist with swamping and undertake various physical tasks to support the team. Additionally, the individuals must be versatile, be open to challenges and always display a positive attitude. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Operator with the safe operation of the various units. Assist the Operator with the set up and control hoses attached to the Vacuum units. Install temporary equipment (including the installation of pipe, Hoses ect.). Participate in job site preparation, including the rigging in/out of equipment. Spot the safe positioning of equipment. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored. Execute general labor duties on job sites, which include but not limited to truck cleaning, equipment packing, preparation for demobilization, and debris removal from job sites.
