Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition according to established sanitation and service standards. During every interaction, we display three behaviors: - Smile, display energy and open body language - Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service - Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation Qualifications: - Scrapes food from dirty dishes. - Places tableware in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. - Washes pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and equipment. - Sweeps and mops kitchen floors. - Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. - Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. - Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. - Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. - Follows sanitation and safety guidelines. - Performs all other duties as assigned. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least six months related expe...
