HR Services Specialist (with Swedish)

Job description

As a key member of the HR team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees across all departments and levels. You will be the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented HR administration, supporting both employees and line managers in day-to-day HR matters. Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, you will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
