Overview Our BCBA Clinical Specialists (called ‘Navigators’ internally) are behavior consultants that look to affect behavior change in systems. This role is for a BCBA looking to expand and grow as a clinician, working with a wide range of age group, diagnoses, and systems.We provide training and hands-on support for all the new learnings/ experiences you will need. There is no oversight of BI’s/ BT’s in this role.
