FACILITIES TECHNICIAN (STARLINK) The Facilities Technician position will provide maintenance, support, coordination, repair, and general facilities services to our Starlink facilities in Woodinville. You will operate as a point of contact for general maintenance vendors and tradesmen across the campus while working in collaboration with the facilities management team and will oversee and execute on service requests, preventative maintenance, external vendor scheduling, and coordination of access to campus buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including non-technical troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC/R, carpentry, and other facilities systems - Conduct repairs to facilities and premises as assigned, including painting, applying coatings and finishes to surfaces using various techniques and tools (e.g., rollers, sprayers, brushes), patching and repa...
