Minimum Requirements: - Professional Experience - Proven experience in delivering at least one Salesforce Experience Cloud project with a minimum effort of 80 man-days per project in the proposed role - Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices for web applications - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and responsive design - A strong design portfolio - Seniority - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the proposed role, gained in IT projects of comparable complexity - This requirement is based on the assumption that delivering a single enterprise-level project typically requires at least 3 years - Certifications (optional) - Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant OR Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer Additional Scoring Criteria: - Experience in delivering one Salesforce Experience Cloud project with an effort between 100 and 150 man-days in the proposed role - Experience in delivering two Salesforce Experience Cloud projects with an effort between 100 and 150 man-days in the proposed role - Experience in delivering more than two Salesforce Experi...
