Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks). - 2 years of experience building and scaling distributed services with a focus on reliability, security, and performance. - 2 years of experience in software development, with experience in C++ or Go. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. - Experience with high-scale relational/non-relational database systems. - Experience developing user interfaces or command line interface (CLI) tools that simplify complex back-end workflows and improve the developer experience. - Experience navigating both internal developer platforms and GCP (e.g., GCE, cloud networking, IAM) to build cross-platform solutions. - Experience partnering with cross-functional engineering teams to gather requirements, resolve pain points, and drive the adoption of new infrastructure. - Ability to manage technical debt and improve code health (e.g., through code reviews, design docs, and refactoring) across a shared codebase.
