Job Summary: Rollins College is currently seeking several full-time service-oriented Housekeeper (Custodian) to join their Housekeeping team. Housekeepers operate as part of a team whose primary responsibilities are to perform custodial services for academic, administration, and residential buildings. Essential Job Functions: - Clean buildings and classrooms by vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping, cleaning windows and whiteboards, and dusting all surfaces. - Disinfect high touch areas. - Maintain cleaning supply inventory and maintain the cleanliness of work areas, carts, and supply closets. - Safely use and handle various cleaning chemicals. - Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, shower walls, toilets, and tile floors with proper chemicals when applicable; replenishing toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. - Use additional Personal Protective Equipment as needed. - Complete tasks with proper use of equipment, tools, and technology systems related to the performance of assigned responsibilities. - Assist with special events - setup, breakdown, cleaning tables, emptying trash containers, rearranging furniture, etc. - Report unusual room conditions or areas in need of repair to the Fa...
