Description SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under general supervision, performs ESP testing, routine checks, and equipment troubleshooting. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Perform induction motor testing, including hipot and spin testing - Ability to test and understand PMM motors preferred - Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOP’s. - Safely operate automated high pressure/ high voltage testing equipment. - Assists with loading/unloading ESP equipment on to racks and transportation vehicles. - Maintain work area, tools and fixtures to ensure there are no hazard to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled. - Contribute in building and/or reconstruction of various ESP components. - Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles.
