Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop electrical systems for products/equipment, from concept through release and production support. - Translate requirements into electrical architectures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface/control definitions. - Select and specify electrical components (power supplies, sensors, actuators, connectors, harnessing, PCBA components, etc.). - Capable to repair PCBA’s including soldering through hole, SMT, fine pitch components and wire - Create and maintain engineering documentation: schematics, BOMs, cable/harness drawings, wire diagram, test procedures, component libraries, and change orders (ECR/ECO). - Build prototypes and support lab/field testing; troubleshoot issues using appropriate diagnostic tools (DMM, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.). - Create verification and validation (V & V) documentation (DVP&R) and perform virtual and/or physical product V & V testing. - Support verification and validation by developing test plans & test fixtures, executing tests, analyzing results, and documenting conclusions. - Collaborate with manufacturing on design-for-manufacture/assembly, wiring practices, work instructions, and transition to p...
