Job title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner – 12m FTC Department: HR, Talent Acquisition: Location: Fareham, UK – moving to our new facility in Nursling, Southampton mid September 2026 GLS: T02: Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday A brighter future awaits you: Job Summary: As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing all recruitment activity across CooperVision’s commercial, manufacturing and operational functions. You’ll define recruitment strategies, utilizing and maximizing all avenues to attract high quality candidates, whilst managing internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be an expert in the full end to end process and have a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
