Description SkyHop Global is one of the premier ground transportation companies for airline crews. We provide the transportation for pilots and flight attendants during their layover periods in a multitude of cities. The primary purpose of this position is to manage, coordinate, and schedule a fleet of drivers according to airline schedules. NOTE: Depending on location size; may be expected to be in the field 50-75% of their scheduled time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Schedules and directs the work activity for a group of drivers that utilize the best cost option to maximize profitability and the customer experience. - Provides leadership and direction to drivers to include process improvement, team-building, coaching and feedback. - Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets. Managing payroll costs daily including weekly submission to Human Resources. Managing fuel costs daily. Minimizes overtime only to emergencies situations.
