Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Client Care Navigator in the Lexington, KY. A Client Care Navigator (CCN) is a very important role within the Isaiah House organization. Navigators represent the treatment programs offered by Isaiah House to front-line referral agencies throughout the state of Kentucky.
