WORK LOCATION: San Luis Obispo CA or Huntsville AL (remote considered ) FLSA STATUS: Exempt: S ALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 annually in Huntsville and $165,000 to $200,000 annually in San Luis Obispo . This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment. SUMMARY: The Senior FP&A Manager will lead financial planning and analysis efforts within the finance department. This role involves strategic financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support decision making and drive operational efficiency.
