Summary: The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of financial reporting and closing processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve monthly closing timelines, develop reconciliation tools, and support the integration of systems and procedures across subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Collaborate with the finance team to implement more efficient methods for completing key closing tasks, with the goal of reducing closing days. Reconciliation Development: Implement reconciliation working papers, ensuring alignment with team expectations and accounting standards. Accruals & Estimates: Post and follow up accruals and estimates as needed to support the closing process, and perform monthly follow-ups to validate accuracy.
