Reporting directly to the Therapeutic Area Lead (TAL) Hematology, the Head Medical Advisors Hematology shares responsibility with the TAL, Hematology for the strategic leadership, while leading the coordination and performance management of the Medical Advisor team within the Hematology therapeutic area at the country level. This role ensures excellence in scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, medical insight generation and local evidence planning, while fostering a high-performing, compliant and collaborative team culture. The Head Medical Advisors translates the Hematology medical strategy into clear objectives and operational priorities for Medical Advisors, ensuring consistent execution across office- and hybrid-based activities.
