ROLE PURPOSE: The Night Shift Team Leader will be leading, driving, developing and supporting The Night Shift team across the Warehouse Operation and Configuration centre , within a fast paced , highly dynamic environment. High standards are required to ensure products are received by customers’ right first time, on time. The Team leader will be accountable for ensuring processes are followed, reviewed, improved and amended. Working alongside the team to drive results, engage , motivate, support and develop a highly professional team.
