The Senior Project Manager oversees project planning, execution, and delivery of integrated business cases while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. The role builds strong relationships with senior leaders, drives a high‑performance culture, and mentors project managers. It is accountable for delivering high-quality, market‑aligned outcomes and supporting continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.
