Position : Production Planning and Scheduling Senior Analyst Entity/Department : Maverick Tube Corporation Location : Blytheville, AR MAIN RESPONSIBILITES: - Analyze the activities involved in industrial production engineering for a steel mill, including planning, programming, and dispatch. - Plan mill loads in accordance with delivery schedules. - Ensure the production program is prepared by estimating production needs, considering plant capacity, and identifying operational constraints (such as tooling and operations sequence). - Ensure timely completion of production programs and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. - Analyze required inputs for production engineering and ensure the proper operation of industrial equipment. - Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence to all laws and regulations that apply to area of responsibility. - Protect from damage, theft, or misuse of the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to area of responsibility.
