Job description
The HR Manager leads and is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health through strategic PXT (People eXperience and Technology) leadership and effective people management. They strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans through their site’s PXT function. HR Managers execute business goals through hands-on leadership and data-driven decision making, while partnering with site leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and employee experience. Success Measures: Deliver sustainable improvements in both operational employees and leadership attrition, attendance, and engagement at the site level. Use data, floor presence, and feedback to coach leaders, drive accountability, and strengthen team and organizational culture. Key job responsibilities: The HR Manager is responsible for the overall employee experience and culture at their assigned site(s).
