The Total Rewards Manager plays a key role in ensuring our team is supported through competitive, equitable, and meaningful compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Reporting to the VP of Corporate HR & HR Operations, this role leads the strategy, design, and administration of total rewards programs and partners with leaders across the organization to strengthen attract, retain, and enhance employee experience.
